The description states a specific number of issues, how do I know how many years I am getting?
The wording in the description is vague, we apologize. It states that it is published 12 times a year to let you know to expect monthly issues. To see the subscription length in writing you can go here and look in our current catalog on page 79.
It says orders are shipped to hostess, is this correct?
All Magazine orders are automatically sent directly to the address entered during checkout. You do not need to select anything.
The order total says $19.95 plus tax. Where is the discounted price?
Because the discount is from us and not from Southern Living, we will enter your discount for you after you submit your order. Your final total billed will reflect the discount PLUS tax.
I got a confirmation email that did not show the discounted price.
All confirmation emails are sent immediately after you enter an order on the Southern Living site, before we go in and apply the discount. We will go in and discount the order and finalize it after you have submitted it.
I live in a state that does not have tax, but tax was charged.
Southern Living charges Sales tax based on where the hostess of a party lives. All orders are submitted in a group or “party”. You are charged tax based on the address of BeCentsAble. We are not able to remove the tax.
When can I expect my first issue?
Most new subscribers receive their first issue in 6-7 weeks.
I already have a subscription, can I use this special to extend my current subscription?
As long as the name and address are exactly as they appear on your current subscription, in most cases your subscription will be extended. If you want two simultaneous subscriptions you must have different names or addresses. Please contact us with any questions at centsablemom@cox.net
