Finally we have our seeds started! But we are still negotiating on the tilling…I think my husband will win. He’ll do it sometime in the next 15 weeks! Just kidding, honey!
Monday morning Evan, Caitlin and I began planting early (there wasn’t much to do but it was SOOO nice out!)
On Saturday I picked up the free wildflower seeds (2 sets) at Wal-Mart and thought it would be a fantastic way for Evan to experience growing a living thing all his own! He loves to water things and as the day wore on I found a lot of added dirt in the seeds. He’s so cute…has to have everything just so…
He was VERY excited to do it and followed directions so well (a big task for this strong-willed little guy). Bubble-blowing helped!
We planted seeds as well (several variety of bell peppers, cherry and slicing tomaotes, and parsley).
That’s it for this week. I’ll let you know how the tilling conversation progresses.
For good measure, and since she’s so darn cute…here’s a picture of Caitie, too. She was out there with us but didn’t make it into any of the photos. We had her contained!
