Helpful Advice from Readers and Bloggers…(hint, hint)
You may have seen mention of this in some of my posts lately…we are moving to Arizona!
Talk about a dramatic change! From Kansas City — Midwest, trees, grass, farmland and wacky weather to ARIZONA!
We are rather excited about the changes in store…and sad and pretty nervous to be leaving all of my family and our friends behind…it’s definitely a growing experience for us!
I’m hoping to get some advice from you …
First, I need your best long-distance moving tips. We have never had so much to do in such a short amount of time! We leave in exactly three weeks! We have two little ones (2-1/2 and 1) and a whole house to pack. Not to mention the drive – two kids, two dogs and a 26′ rental truck pulling a car!!
Second, any of our readers in the East Valley area (in particular Chandler and Gilbert) who can acquaint me with the shopping there…food prices and local stores, maybe even some special secret tips I won’t find anywhere else??
