With all that’s been going on around here I’ve been neglecting the one thing that would help me the most! Organization!
I have got to get myself back on track: between planning for our upcoming move, my allergies and dealing with renting our house…blah!
This week I’m going to try a few new recipes…
Breakfast: waffles with yogurt, eggs and toast, cereal
Lunch: PB&Honey sandwiches, mac and cheese with applesauce, toast with hummus/fruit, leftovers, tuna & egg salad, sweet potatoes and cottage cheese, lunch meat sandwiches and corn chips
Dinner: Pineapple Chicken, Chicken Marsala, Ground Turkey Casserole (with rice), tuna melts, leftovers, bacon cheddar quiche
Snacks: cheese, oranges, jello with whipped topping, fruit, yogurt, carrots and hummus, corn tortillas and black bean salsa
