Just did this and it worked! They do take you through the entire checkout process (at least with Paypal), but don’t worry, the total due is $0. Yay!
Hang on – spoke too soon. It wouldn’t let me do Paypal, so I entered my debit card and it looked like it was going to go through, but then at the end I got a confirmation that said my total was $4.18. Have to get on the phone with customer service now. Ugh!
OK, turns out you have to order something else to make this work. I waited on hold with CS for over 25 minutes to find this out. So, save yourself the hassle and add a .09 print to your cart before checking out. They at least gave me a credit of what I was charged when I asked them to cancel the order.
Thanks for the info and to Melissa for the tip. I added one photo and it gave me .09 credit for that because I still have 50 free photos in my account, so I got the collage and print for free.
I did it..zipped right through it with no problems! Since I was new to snapfish I also got 20 free 4×6 prints, then the 8×10 collage, and free shipping. Plus they emailed me a $10 gift certificate for a shoe website! Thanks for the tip!
