i just talked to someone at cvs headquaters (called the 1-888 # on the website). apparently the oral b toothbrush is a new item that most stores have not received yet. (she has been getting a lot of calls) you can get a raincheck for this item and it will still give you the ECBs. they will contact your local store manager to see if they can find one for you, if not, they will issue the raincheck.
i would defintley call 888-607-4287 (cvs) and request this!
