This week I dropped the kids off at preschool and went to HyVee and Price Chopper. We are also picking up milk at the wholesale club today.

This week I stocked up on strawberries! I will freeze most of the strawberries to put in our shakes and for baking.
I never assign what day we eat what, so we can be a little flexible. I also stockpile items when I can get items at rock-bottom prices. I have a large stockpile of chicken, salmon, cheese, pasta, soy milk, bread and snacks items.

Lasagna-I had lots of fresh spinach that I needed to use up so I made several batches. We will have lasagna for 2 nights and also freeze a large pan for later!
