This week I will be giving away two “hashbrown kits” that consist of an apron, spatula, pan and some Hungry Jack Hashbrowns!

Hungry Jack Premium Hashbrown Potatoes are perfect for breakfast or make a great side dish for dinner. These hashbrowns are made with 100% Idaho Potatoes! I made these last week for dinner and found it quick and easy to prepare. The Hungry Jack Hashbrowns are wonderful for those nights when the kids are melting down and you need to get some food on the table ASAP!

In four easy steps, you can make delicious, restaurant-quality hashbrowns in approximately 15 minutes.

  1. Add hot tap water to the carton
  2. Allow the carton to stand for 12 minutes and drain any extra water
  3. Preheat a large, non-stick skillet and two tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat
  4. Pan fry the hashbrowns until golden brown and enjoy!
