Sam’s Club is introducing Philadelphia Cooking Creme to members nationwide! Sam’s Club members can sample a dish made with Philadelphia Cooking Creme November 18th and November 19th. You can also snag a FREE limited-edition Philadelphia cookbook, “Cooking with Pheeling,” filled with over 50 delicious recipes.
I had a chance to check out this new recipe book and made two delicious recipes yesterday. I made the Savory Three-Cheese Spread for the kids to snack on when they got home from school. We used wheat crackers with the dip and it was a BIG hit.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 slices smoked ham, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped red bell peppers
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350
- Combine ingredients; spoon into casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers or bread.
For dinner we made Chicken, Broccoli and Red Pepper Rotini. It was super easy to make and the Cooking Creme was easy to blend in. The Cooking Creme makes it easy to turn a plain casserole into a dish that will wow your family. My kids ate red peppers for the first time (they usually pick them out). They actually said they liked the red things!!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 red pepper, cut into short, thin strips
- 1 tub (10oz.) Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
- 2 cups hot, cooked rotini pasta
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and vegetables; cook and stir 7 to 8 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Add Cooking Creme; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Stir in pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Thank you for the wonderful looking recipes. I recently joined Ziplist, but was sadly unable to use your links to add the recipes. But, I did cut and paste and add them myself! Thanks again.

I’m not so crazy about the cooking creme, especially hot.
I think cold as a dip would be much better.
