I bought my Big Boss Fryer from GMA steals and deals and took it out of the box right away it did not heat up. So from the other comment I see it not a good product. I’m been trying to send mine back for a month and just get the run a round. GMA should backup what they are giving you a deal on. Make sure there is a good return policy. I always worry about stuff like this but when Sam said you have to have one I thought good they must be great. Ya right. heading now to Better Business Bureau so people can know about this company (Big Boss Fryer) and my visa company to get my money. back. I’ve contacted the info also and then they say they’ll send a new one out then they email me again and say send an image. How can you send an image of something that doesn’t heat up. then I tried to email again and they were on vacation. This is ridiculous. Thanks for listening. My recommendation don’t buy this product. I ordered the Big Boss oil less fryer in September and it does not work. I called Big Boss and was told they have nothing to do with the item because I brought it from Deals and Steals. Who do I return it to for a refund?
Sorry you are having problems! We only advertise the sale (just like GMA) and have nothing to to do Big Boss company. The company should be the ones that you return the product to. You are not the only person I have heard having problems. I would call them back!
hat would be the point, you advertised and from what the Big Boss told me, Deals and Steals buy the merchandise and sells it an they should be responsible for the refund because we pay y0u. Now you have my money an don’t want to honor that refund. I will contact the better business bureau because now I have a fryer that never worked and no one was to refund my money. That is very bad publicity and customer service.
