I’m not sure if this is the place to post this but I had an incredibly bad experience with Byrell.. they had a offer on GMA and on November 6 I ordered and paid for an item. I never heard back from them for four weeks so finally I wrote them and they responded by saying they would ship my order on December 18 … six weeks from the day they charged me and, as they put it, will put them within their 4-6 week timeline for delivery. Not very customer service oriented and not within the spirit of the commitment. Very disappointed in the people there and when you call they won’t give you the name of the owner so that I might write they refuse to tell you so that’s why I resorted to posting this…these people have no problem charging you for the product just a big problem delivering.

I purchased the Violetta Soho purse in cognac on Dec. 11, 2013. The purse arrived a week later. When I opened the box the smell of the bag was nauseating. There was a toxic chemical smell coming from the bag. I emailed them and they send out another purse with a return label for the first bag. I opened the second box at Christmas and the smell was as bad as the first. I am now returning both with hopes of getting a refund since it says all sales are final. GMA should review the products they offer on Steals and Deals a little better. It’s not a deal if the smell is so bad that you can’t use it. The return of this purchase has become a major inconvenience and I may not get my money back for the purse or the shipping.
