Kmart Layaway 2015 Policy

Kmart Layaway 2015:

The Kmart Layaway 2015 program has now started. The No Money Down program is offered in-store and online until 11/29/2015.

• No down payment required at contract initiation.
• Service and cancellation fees apply (No cancellation fee in Ohio).
• All fees nonrefundable.
• Requires biweekly payments.
• Total layaway contract amount spread over 4 biweekly payments for an 8 week contract or 6 biweekly payments for a 12 week contract. Maryland, Washington D.C. and online offer 8 week contracts only.
• 12-week Layaway option available in-store only on purchases of $300 or more. Not available at all stores. See store for details.
• Start a new lease contracts until 11/29/2015.
• Age and income requirements.
• Excludes non-durable (disposable) goods; drug, grocery, fine jewelry, footwear and apparel items.
• Lease requires a single qualifying purchase of $69 or more.
• Online lease applications can be approved online but products must be picked up in store and application completed.
