I used the $10 credit a couple of weeks ago and two days after making the purchase my credit card number was used fraudulently at another website. This particular card had not been used online in over a year. When I contacted Vitacost about it, they never responded. I cancelled the card and got the money refunded, but I do not recommend that anyone use this company, they are NOT trustworthy!

I have used this site several time in the last few weeks and have not had any problems and have not heard of other people having this problem. Has anyone else had a problem?
