Now that I’m getting the hang of this no gluten thing…I hope to get back on track with everything else! We missed meatloaf night this week (seems to be a recurring theme!) so I bumped it to Monday!

L: no lunch today…Mom’s Day Out is providing
D: BBQ Salmon, corn on the cob
Wednesday
B: eggs, toast, fruit
L: tuna casserole (w/rice)
D: tacos w/spanish rice
Thursday
B: cereal, fruit
L: PB&Honey
D: breakfast (WW pancakes, apple raisin compote, eggs)
Friday
B: waffles, eggs
L: tuna casserole
D: Date night (Trivia and Silent Auction Fundraiser @ Church)
Saturday
B: frittata, yogurt, fruit
L: grilled cheese, soup
D: Leftovers (Dad’s night out with the guys!)
Sunday:
B: on your own brekafast (waffles, cereal, pancakes, fruit, etc)
D: Chicken Pot Pie (we loved this last time we had it so I thought I’d make it again before it gets too warm outside!
