I’ve started planning menus mid-week since I do my shopping midweek.
I haven’t done a menu plan for two weeks and OH MY! has it been an added stress each day!
I have to get us back on track…we had cereal for dinner tonight – not because it sounded good but because I was so unorganized we really didn’t have a choice!
Breakfasts: eggs & toast, yogurt w/granola and fruit, cereal, homemade pancakes
Lunches: hummus on toast w/applesauce, PB & Honey w/corn chips, Tuna casserole w/peas, grilled cheese w/grapes, ground turkey tostadas
Dinners: shredded BBQ chicken w/corn on the cob, golden pork chops w/potatoes, homemade pizza, foil-packed marinated fish w/rice and spinach, ground turkey tostadas, leftovers
Snacks: fruit, cheese, corn chips with salsa, yogurt
