How do you know this is a real coupon?
I know they released the same coupon last year. I didn’t have anyone have any problems last year??
Well, I printed out several copies so my kids could each have one to use on Silly Bandz. However, the store manager accused me of photocopying them, even though other customers also said they’d been able to print out multiple copies, and refused to accept them. My kids were disappointed and we were embarrassed in front of a bunch of other customers. I am DEFINITELY complaining to Hallmark tomorrow – I am SERIOUSLY ANGRY!
I tried to use a coupon & it would not work. I went to a few stores & they all said the same thing.
I too was able to print out more than one. What a waste of paper & ink if no one will take the coupon.
I was very disappointed with Hallmark also.
If you were able to get a card where did you go. I could not even find a store that said they were a hallmark participating store.
We also printed out several being it allowed us to. I went to quite a few stores with my kids & no one even had heard about them. No one would take them.
The coupon came up saying it was not in the system or something like that. Rainbow would not take it because it did not have a water mark on it. Everyone else just said they were not on the participating list of stores so they could not take it.
Hallmark really dropped the ball on this one. I would like to have a few words to say to Hallmark too. Let me know if you get a telephone number or e-mail to complain.
I found it very embarrassing too. Just not right.
I used this coupon this weekend without any problems (so did my mother-in-law). DId you go to a Hallmark store? This is a Hallmark store coupon so it must be used only at a Hallmark store.
