Glass Cleaner for a PENNY!
My biggest concern when buying a cleaner is that it is safe for my family. If you look on the store shelves you will see most green cleaners cost around $4 a bottle. I want to be green, but who can afford it at $4 a bottle.
I was so excited when I found a safe cleaner that was not only affordable, but saved me money! This super concentrated cleaner costs around $12 a bottle. However, it will last forever because you use such a small amount of the concentrated cleaner and just add water. To make a 16 oz. glass cleaner, you only use 2 drops of cleaner to 16 oz. of water. This $12 bottle will make over 15,000 bottles of glass cleaner! This means you can make glass cleaner for less than a penny a bottle!
This bottle also makes an all-purpose cleaner for around $.03 a bottle and can be used in many other ways around your house. Click here for more information or to order.

Make your Toilet a Low-Flow Toilet
Did you know you can save money AND be green by making your toilet a low-flow toilet? Follow these easy steps and save money with every flush!
Step One: Take an empty half-gallon milk jug or 2-liter pop container and peel off the label.
Step Two: Add some pebbles or rocks in the bottom, then add water and seal the lid.
Step Three: Place in toilet tank making sure the container does not interfere with any of the moving parts in the tank.
Cut Your Utilities
My biggest discovery was with my utilities. I learned that I didn’t have to turn off my air conditioner or heater to save big money. The key is in understanding how your utility company measures and bills your usage as well as being smart about when and how you use them. I was on level pay for my electric and gas bills. I found simple and easy changes that I slowly implemented over a year. I only spent $100 to do this but saw big savings. After one year, I had cut my monthly electric bill from $123 to $61 and my gas bill from $98 to $55. That is over $1200 this year I will be saving on utilities alone! That is serious money!!
